The Warner Brothers Tour

For those not currently participating in Duke in L.A. this year, you missed an amazingly fun and informative tour. Those who are here help me out and describe/post some of the more memorable things we saw, besides the Duke boys driving the General right over us.

Seriously, post what you liked best about the tour, whether it was seeing Eastwood's stuntman or the latest version of the Batmobile, going on the set of the Gilmore Girls, seeing the courthouse where James Dean was arrested in Rebel Without a Cause or going to the Harry Potter Museum. See you all Sunday for Gone With the Wind!
Giles. (And send me the pictures you took)

For me, it absolutely had to be the ER set. Being out front of County General was just amazing. Also, our tour guide was pretty cool.

Actually, hearing the story about how James Dean would drive his motorcyle up and rev the engine really loudly specifically to ruin takes was pretty great. I'm going to be telling the grandkids about that one. The story about Hearst and studio 16, the largest one in the world, was none too shabby, either.

Man, County General.
