I do not think it is wrong to look for challenging internships -- to hold out for one that might allow for more than general office work, at least at this stage. However you should keep in mind that this is a resume device, not a summer vacation, and there is going to be a large component of office drudgery in almost any reputable internship, especially with a production company.
Here's a further hint: Never in the course of an interview, or even in talking to potential leads, should you express any distaste for doing that kind of office work. It is too easily misinterpreted as you being "too good" for it -- and make no mistake, your internship providers want someone willing to do the crap. It's okay to ask if there are opportunities for more creative input or involvment during an interview but do not ever say out loud that you do not want an internship which requires office work. All it will do is make you sound naive or arrogant - depending upon the delivery (and neither is helpful at this stage)
